Before the Event
The best way to check availability is to contact Craig directly. He responds to every inquiry personally within 24 hours on business days.
Speaking fees are not published online and vary based on event type, location, and program. Craig is happy to share current rates — just reach out here
Yes — every Keynote Concert is custom-designed around your organization's mission, culture, and event theme. Craig conducts pre-event interviews with key stakeholders to ensure the message truly resonates with your specific audience. No two experiences are identical.

Craig is based in Orange County / Southern California (Laguna Niguel) with easy access to LAX and John Wayne Airport. He is available nationwide. Travel is typically handled via a flat-fee travel buyout — your team books hotel accommodations, and Craig's team handles the rest.
Yes — this is Craig's strong preference. Arriving the night before ensures he's rested, prepared, and fully ready for soundcheck without travel day stress. Specifics depend on other commitments, but Craig always accommodates when possible.
If it would be helpful to you, absolutely. Craig is happy to share event announcements on his channels. He also typically does a post-event "thank you" on LinkedIn. Just let him know what you'd like — or what you'd prefer he not share.
During & After the Event
Craig needs a wireless over-ear/Countryman mic (no handheld), 2 floor monitors, 2 confidence monitors, a clear stage (no podium), and DI inputs for guitar and keyboard depending on configuration. A full technical rider is available — download the PDF here.
Craig's Keynote Concert experience works powerfully as an opener (energizes the room immediately), a luncheon keynote (re-engages after the morning), or a closing keynote (sends attendees home emotionally moved and inspired). Craig will advise based on your full event agenda.
Ideally both. A break before Craig's session gives the A/V team time to complete setup and builds anticipation with the audience. A break after keeps the energy up, gives attendees time to connect with Craig directly, and lets the big ideas sink in.
Craig will be on-site well before the event starts to experience the space and check the layout. A full soundcheck is required a minimum of 60 minutes before showtime. For larger productions, more time may be needed — discuss during the pre-event planning call.
Yes — Craig loves the direct engagement of Q&A and panels. He's happy to participate in breakouts, leadership dinners, or meet-and-greet sessions. Just build it into the agreement and let him know what you have in mind.
Absolutely. Craig provides free downloadable study guides for every keynote program — delivered via QR code during the presentation so attendees can access them immediately. PDF copies are also available upon request for post-event distribution.
Yes, with permission agreed upon in advance. Craig requests that if the event is being recorded, he receives a copy of his segment of the program (4K preferred). Craig may also bring his own videographer/photographer — content may be used for his marketing purposes.
